I'm hoping for some quick advice. I'm (40M) traveling solo and will be in Naples for about 24 hours only before going to Rome. I'm basically there for a quick tour of Pompeii and then pizza/street food.

1. I arrive at naples airport around 7am. From the airport to Naples central station, is it best to hope in the taxi line or order a ride from an Uber app? I hate getting taken advantage of so early.

2. I have a nice hotel booked for $200 (Starhotels Terminus) and a much cheaper hotel for $100 (napoliubansuite) both across the street from the train station. I'm trying to decide if the $200 room is worth it for better luggage storage, safety and peace of mind.
