If shedding is only on sides, temples, back of head and hairline, can I be calm that it is likely not AGA?

So, I've been shedding since October 2025, 3 months after starting Accutane, and the shedding was very bad on the end of December when I stopped Accutane use. Shedding peaked at February and March, and now in April, the shedding is finally slowing done. I consistently wash my hair once a week and the clumps are becoming smaller and smaller. I am taking iron and other supplements.

I didn't experience any shedding on the top of my head (where my part is), and every hair I saw come out has a small, dry white bulb.

What I am afraid of however is miniaturization. I don't really know what that's supposed to look like, and I had a few small 3 inch hairs come out with the white bulbs again (from my sides, temples, and back of my head), but I heard it is normal for TE regrowth to behave that way at first? Also, on my sides, I don't see any "pores" for the hairs to come out of. I assume that's because the hairs are finest on those areas and not scarring, since the skin is not shiny or uneven looking. No redness either.

I only have a dermatologist appointment in July, so I can't really know for sure just yet. Since my shedding is slowing down, I am keeping ny fingers crossed this was just a really bad TE episode caused by a combination of medication, low ferritin/iron and trauma.

My hair is quite oily right now, first picture is in low light and second is in direct light.
