Hi, I’m planning to resign tomorrow and make this week my last.

I started with a US-based company last February, and on my very first call, my boss was already ranting about the employee I replaced—cursing, being overly blunt, and just unprofessional. Major red flag. Since then, I’ve been uncomfortable working with him due to his mood swings and overall attitude.

Last week of March, I got an offer from a PH-based company that’s a much better fit, so I accepted and I’m starting next week.

I haven’t submitted my resignation yet, but I’m planning to give a 3-day notice (leave by Saturday). There’s also no formal contract—just an email agreement.

Is it okay to leave this quickly, or am I overthinking it?
