Hey everyone- I had an event this weekend and everything went well and the guests loved the photos.

However, I'm not happy with the way the backdrop showed up in the photos. It had a greyish hue despite being a white pillow tension backdrop.

I use a Canon EOS R100 camera with a Godox MS300V flash (no other lighting used).

I typically use the following settings at events:

- Shutter Speed - 1/125
- Aperture - F11
- ISO - 400
- White Balance - Daylight (although, I think I might switch it to Flash, as Daylight tends to be cooler toned)

Is there something I can change in my settings to enhance the white (almost overexpose it) without affecting the how the guests look, and without buying external lighting for the backdrop?

Hey everyone- when printing 4x6 prints, the DS620A printer takes less than 9 seconds to print one photo, which is exactly as advertised. However, when printing 2x6 strips, the printer takes 30-35 seconds to print and cut two strips. Is this normal?

I'm using an iPad connected to the DNP WCM Plus via Ethernet cable and my DSLR camera is set to the lowest image quality (S2 - 3.8M, 2400px x 1600px). I also use Booth.Events.

I disconnected my DSLR and took photos using my iPad camera and had the same issue.

Is it taking long because the images need to be compressed for the small 2x6 template and the DNP WCM Plus needs to process the compression? Am I doing something wrong?

Whether I use my own 2x6 template or choose one of the pre-made ones in the app, the issue still persists.

Has anyone ever experienced this or have any suggestions? I'm at my wits end trying to figure this out. I have an event next week and I need to get this sorted by then because I hate when people have to wait for photos. It causes a backlog when they could be enjoying the event.

EDIT: SOLVED- if anyone is having similar issues, try setting your print settings for the DNP WCM Plus to "6x2*2" not "2x6". Then in the booth.events dashboard, go to your template settings and turn on "Print Doubled" (Edit Template> Settings> Advanced> Print Doubled 2x6 -> 2x2x6 "ON").
