I can’t figure it out and it’s driving me nuts.

I got the 2 on top of the port.

I’ve got the castle.

Got the road to the beam plant.

I’ve rammed into all 3 towers but only 2 lights came on so I’m hoping it’s not glitched but I can’t remember if a task came up for the lower right tower or not.

Hoping I’ve just missed something easy and I’m just looking past it. Is there another sneaky one I’m missing?
