How can National Guard and reserves overcome the denials for no service treatment records? Our treatment records are mostly civilian, but the dbqs state "no service treatment records so no nexus"

Does anyone know if the VA is working January HLRs yet? I filed mine January 29 and hoping it's assigned to a reviewer soon.
