1908 Murphy Mansion in Urbana, OH
Wife and I bought this house and are currently restoring it. There was no furniture in the house, except for the piano. So far we've put on a new roof, fixed some plumbing, some electrical, put up a gargoyle, and installed a library. Those bookshelves were custom made for us. We are currently redoing the main kitchen. As a horror writer, this will one day be our own Addams Family house, and we will open it up for writers retreats, events, Halloween, etc.
