Using Amul for a long time now
collected 9 shakers till now, gifted 3
So here's my review: I always order the chocolate flavored one, and it tastes good, and of course it has foam, but I kinda like it (personal preference), and I've never had any stomach or diet issues like bloating or anything else.
It's good money wise too.
