I’ve been searching for books or instructional videos on how to make filati for micro mosaics but haven’t found much. Just very short demo videos that don’t give enough info to get started. Does anyone know of any good resources? Thanks
Can anyone help ID these fossils at the Burpee dig site near Hanksville Utah. I’m curious what bones we are observing. The day we visited there wasn’t anyone there to ask about it. I think the official digs begin around may 10th. You are allowed to walk around the area any time of year. Lots of marine fossils, petrified wood and dinosaur bones of varying colors.
Fossil one is 3x2”, possible fossil 2 is 2.5x1.5”, and fossil 3 is 10x12”
