Started weightlifting for the first time in April 2025 at 301 lbs. After a year of lifting and dieting I’ve gotten down to 250. The diet fatigue is crazy and the random aches and pains due to lifting heavy while in an extended deficit has gotten annoying. I’m happy with where I’ve gotten since last year and now I’m gonna spend the next 6-12 months maingaining to try and start actually putting on muscle before I aim for to get actually lean. I guess I’m around 20% but I’m probably just delusional.
