I am bad at this game. I don’t have a care in the world about coming in last every round, if that’s the case it’s fine.

It’s when you’re prevented from finishing AND get 0 points at the same time is what completely ruins any and all fun value. The 1st place golfer getting a lucky round means anyone that falls behind is more likely to get NOTHING. Especially when the timer is 45 seconds or lower.

I get that it’s to prevent people from spending an eternity on a hole especially in random lobbies. Fortunately there’s a solution to this.

Maybe if the game gave you a % of the last place score based on how close you are to the hole. There has to be SOME way to make it less demotivating. Of course this is if the devs don’t want to put a 120 second option. Either would remove the issue completely because yeah if you can’t finish a hole in 120 seconds you don’t really deserve points LOL.

Idea: Award a % of the last place score to players based on how close they are to the hole when the end of round timer runs out. Any points are better than 0.

The end-of-round timer has ruined many sessions for me in this game and I have 2 options to fix it.
