Edit: Ive had several long chats with prospective buyers who at the end wanted a lower price. I already gave all the relevant information in my post, there is nothing to add that can lead to lowering the price. If you are not willing to pay the asking price, that is completely fine but please save yourself the trouble of trying to lower it. If I want to sell for less I would just sell it for scrap gold and not bother with a rehome. I think what i am asking as price is quite reasonable given the price increase since last year. Thanks 😄
