Is there a way to create a bullet list or a new paragraph inside a chart cell?
Ive got this chart, but some of the effect descriptions are complicated and I would just like to format them for readability, like making bullet lists or at least spacing them out on a new line or something. Advice?

##### Cooper Color Code
| Color | Sanity Level (Rounded Down)| Effect Properties |
|:------------------------|:--------------:|:------70%------------------------------|
| White | 100% | No bonus or penalty. |
| Yellow | 75% | The first time each scene you succeed on a test to notice danger, identify a threat, protect an ally, or take cover, you generate +1 bonus Momentum. |
| Orange | 50% | Once per round, when making a Fight, Move, or Survive test during combat or containment action, you may reroll one d20. While in Orange, tests involving calm investigation, delicate social interaction, or complex reasoning increase in Difficulty by 1. |
| Red | 25% | Once per round, choose one benefit when acting during immediate danger: Add +1[CD] damage to a successful physical attack. Reduce the Difficulty of a test to resist fear, pain, intimidation, or suppressive conditions by 1. Move one additional zone when moving toward cover, an ally, or a declared threat. Gain +1 bonus Momentum when creating an advantage related to cover, suppression, defense, or containment positioning. While in Red, your Complication range increases by 1 on non-combat tests, and you cannot voluntarily abandon an active threat without succeeding on a Will + Survive test.
| Black | 0% | When your Sanity reaches 0, you enter Black and must immediately attempt a Will + Survive test with Difficulty 2. On a success, you remain functional until the end of the scene, but your Complication range increases by 2. At the end of the scene, you suffer a Psychological Effect. On a failure, the GM chooses or rolls a Breakdown Response appropriate to the scene. The response should be dangerous, dramatic, and rooted in the character’s fear, training, and immediate situation. |
