I built a CRM and just launched a free plan — looking for honest feedback
I've been working on Afera (app.afera.io) for a while now — it's an all-in-one tool that combines CRM, deal pipeline, accounting, email marketing, and an AI assistant in one app.
We just moved from a 30-day trial to a freemium model, so it's now free to get started (up to 100 contacts, 50 deals, 100 emails/month).
I'm at the stage where I really need real-world feedback from people who actually manage contacts and pipelines day to day — not just beta testers who click around for 10 minutes.
If you try it, I'd love to know:
- What feels clunky or confusing?
- Is anything missing that you'd expect?
- Would you actually pay for it, and if not, why not?
No pressure to be nice about it. Brutal honesty is more useful to me right now.
