I am on Windows 11, I have a game installed which I have played till half. It is a P i r a t e d g a m e and not on Steam.
Now my PC has got virus, so I want to comepletely wipe the SSD and install CatchyOS on it.
SO, How do I copy the save game data from Windows 11 to play on the new OS so that I don't have to play it from the beginning.
Build quality: It feels way lighter than my previous Razer mouse which is double the weight of this new one. Razer also has the wire dragging the mouse, this is one wireless hence it feels even more slidable than the Razer. If you're coming from a wired mouse like me, you'll notice it right away. The material of the plastic feels solid and nothing rattles inside even if you shake it vigorously. The buttons are clicky enough and does not feel mushy except the side buttons which goes little inside the chasis when you press even though they are clicky. This is comparing to the Deathadder essential's side buttons that stays in place when clicking.
The ergonomics: I have big hands, so the Razer essential fit my hands perfectly and I use palm grip resting my wrist on the desk. As I have checked on Elioshape site, this ATK A9 has almost the same diamensions as the Essential but that one had front side which protudes outwards while the A9 has a straight side profile. This A9 in real life conditions is a little less taller in the palm area, so it took a little time for me to use it comfortably. Otherwise if you smaller and medium hands, it will be perfect for you.
Software: You will get it in ATK USB hub site. In my experience, I found it only works on a Windows system. I tried the web-hub on my Mac, it didn't work. I couldn't change the DPI settings. Fortunately I had another Windows system. But if you only use a MAC System. bare this in mind.
Coming to DPI settings, on the website it mentions DPI is way higher, but in the manual and in practice, the mouse feels little less swift than the Razer's 6400 DPI. 3200DPI on ATK A9 on purple mode. Without software. So to change the DPI to any higher number you need to install the app and do it there.
• The wheel is little stiff and less smoother than my Razer
• The forward and backwards buttons are clicky and good but not as comfortable and big as Razer
• The weight feels way less, feels way lighter than previous one, which is actually double the weight
• Not bad for the price, Can't expect the whole world, Sooner or later I will upgrade to the Logitech MX Master 4 anyway. So for the time being, it is perfect for the price.
