I used to be a student at a uni then I finished college and continue for OPT unfortunatelly on the second year when I wanted to extend it was late at the beggining of sep. So I was out of status untill the beggining of Nov next year ( a year later) I moving back to my home country. After did the research I found out that my overstay was still under a year based on the date my OPT expired and the date I moved back cause it says about 2 month (60 days) grace period? So Im just wondering about the bans regulation cause based on my case it says ban for 3 years

Does anyone know who can havk someone phone cause my ex took some of the pic on my phone and those including my family and friends and even apps and websites that I have on my browser. But he keeps denying it, I know he still have those cause he thretening want to send it to one of my family member so I bet he still have all of my pics and important stuff. He seems like stalking me on my social media too.
