Taken just a short 8 weeks to get to my goal weight of 13st 9 from 16st 9.

It put it into perspective this weekend as i went fishing and caught a 33lb catfish who was ridiculously heavy, and to think 2 months ago I used to carry more than that fish around in extra weight is incredible.

Im 37 and haven’t felt this good since my triathlon days in my 20’s. Believe me when I say, if my lazy arse can do it, anyone can!

I might treat myself to a Chinese takeaway! 😂
