Only 1 day.
I normally do a basic 16-8 fasting protocol daily.
First meal around 12:00, last meal around 20:00 (8 pm).
I'm the past, I've played around with some water fasts and I think the longest I ever did was around 2.5 to 3 days.
I'm just curious to try dry fasting.
I just want to do 1 day..maybe something like eat my last meal/water around 6 pm and resume eating drinking again around 6pm the next day.
My questions.
Can I still shower and brush my teeth? Or does that allow small amounts of water to enter your system, this breaking the fast?
Since it's just a short, 1 day dry fast, can I eat and drink normally for my refeed? If not, how should I do it?
For those of you who have lots of experience dry fasting, is dry fasting significantly more powerful than water fasting? I've heard that one day of dry fasting = 3 days water fasting. Not sure how true this is.
