Until a year ago, I would lose weight rapidly if I just don't snack at night. I didn't need to count calories, as long as I didn't snack at night, I would lose 10 pounds in a month easily.

Now, even when using wegovy and metformin, I am gaining weight at a rate of 5 pounds a month. I don't eat any snacks, and I have reduced my intake for regular meals as well (if I eat slightly more, I throw up from sickness).

Anyone else have this experience? How did you get through it?

Thank you!!
