Hi all, I've got my first Wegovy pen (0.25) sat in the fridge ready to start tomorrow evening. I'm very nervous.

I'm female, 5'5, 19st. Struggled with my weight massively for literally as long as I can remember.

I tried mj last year, did 4 weeks on 2.5 and then 2 weeks on 5, I did lose just over a stone but it made me so ill, diarrhoea and sickness. I hardly ate anything on it so felt awful all the time. I think it was partly because I didn't understand how to eat properly while on it back then, still eating things that I thought were healthy options but where actually still high fat/sugar.

However I've educated myself now on how to eat better so I'm ready to start, but I'm just so nervous about side effects. I have two young children to look after too so diarrhoea and sickness is really not convenient lol.

Any tips, tricks and advice would be grately appreciated

Hi all I had my lips filled for the first time ever yesterday at 10am, all went smoothly, they were sore and stingy for a while and quite swollen. This morning they were not painful at all and the swelling has settled significantly. I didn't have any concerns at all until I looked in the mirror just now (it's now 10:30pm the day after getting them done) and I've noticed a small white patch in the centre of my bottom lip.

I'm now freaking myself out because I'm terrified of having the blocked blood vessel issue.

I have no pain, numbness, no temperature differences or anything at all in the area, it's just the white patch. I pressed down on it and the colour rushed straight back.

Anyone able to put my mind at ease?

I just received my decline letter 🙁 I applied for pip for severe anxiety, depression and fatigue. I scored 2 points on the daily living section and 0 on mobility. (not fussed about mobility)

What are the next steps? I know I need to request a copy of the assessors report but what happens after? I want to challenge them.

I'm just worried that in the mandatory consideration they will want to see me in person and this petrifies me due to my anxiety.

What do I do now and how shall I tackle this?

In the decision letter it says 'I have decided you can...' on all the things I literally discussed that I can't do or have great difficulties doing with the assessor.

Not surprised at the outcome to be honest but very bummed.

EDIT TO ADD: I have the phone call with the assessor recorded if that helps my case at all
