Sorry if it is late but, to all the Rorschach fans who have been waiting. Here is the ultimate guide, I went high-budget (unlikely of Kovacs) and bought the Cosverse Rorschach Trench coat on Etsy, The DarkFutureShop Scarf on Etsy, and a fedora from HatCapCo also on Etsy. I don't remember where I got my gloves, but I have some deep purple gloves with the 3 points. I also just bought a cheap white spandex mask and painted on it with thermochromic premade black paint. Then I used normal Black paint and painted on a different pattern so there would be 2 phases almost. I also just got black elevator shoes, and Joker pinstripe pants. I went for a better movie Rorschach by combining both comic and movie. I honestly didn't weather it but you can by getting a tote and putting some mud into it, then swish it around with your hands or a normal baking spoon. For the brim of the clothing, you can dry brush burnt amber paint. If you don't want the comic accurate scent, make sure to airdry it. I also bought some sugar cubes and put a handful in my pocket (leaving only one in the jar like in the original comic.) I then put some black powder in the other pocket. I then bought the Barnes & Noble Bombay Brown Leather Journal with Tie, then grabbed a normal pencil. You can weather the journal by just dabbling coffee on the pages. Lastly, I bought the Rorschach Grappling Gun Replica from xekkoworkshopx on Etsy and used sand paper then repainted it with matching color metallic paint. Without weathering, it is $475. With weathering, a tote is about $15 more. You can get a tote at a hardware store or Target. If you follow this and cosplay him, or have any adjustments, please post them here!
