So far, I've been scammed (to some extent) by almost every GCC perfume oil vendor I've purchased from, especially the ones in the UAE. I've come to accept it's just best to buy from them if I'm visiting in person.
Are European perfume oil vendors and suppliers less likely to do this or is this common with most of them? I have only tried two perfume oil vendors in the U.K. and both are extremely overpriced (and with the new tariff fees now, I don't see the point of buying from them anymore.) I don't care for the ones in the U.S. and Canada because most of them considerably dilute their oils before re-selling.
Has anyone here genuinely had decent experiences with some perfume oil vendors or suppliers that have low MOQs, specifically in Europe?
