Stage1+ to Stage2+ build opinions

Planning for the next move to 350 on pump and 400whp on E85. Daily driven with very occasional track events. Goal is to stay as CARB compliant as possible and not fail visual inspection. Ideally be able to run on the Cobb Stage 2 OTS map when needed.

The car already has a Cobb GESI catted DP, EBCS, AOS, koyorad radiator, cylinder 4 cooling mod, AEM340, Cobb SF intake and cat back exhaust. Lots of suspension goodies too, oil temp and pressure gauges.

The plan is to add: Blouch 1.5 or 2.5XTR, Cobb Stage1+ to Stage2+ kit: ID1050x injectors, FPR, flex fuel kit, Cobb turbo inlet, fuel rails, Tomei ELH, Greddy hi-capacity oil cooler kit, Grimm speed TMIC, South bend stage 2 endurance clutch. Does this look reasonable, over or under built for the stated goals? Thanks!

I would like to upgrade my turbo with a power goal of 400whp on E85 and staying as OEM looking as possible (CA). It is unlikely that I will push for more power unless the engine needs replacement. My short list currently is comprised of the EFR 7163 and MDX555-450. Besides those two, any other recommendations? I like the VF48 turbo response on the current tune but more top end would be neat. Thanks!

In case this is useful for anyone, here are close up pictures of the JDM power folding auto lock/unlock kit. The instructions are harder to follow than the real work. The hard part is removing the pins from the connectors after figuring out how the safety clip works.

For a 2015 STI, do tap into the red/green wire as indicated on the door lock module. For wiring the power folding mirrors these where the instructions: https://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2707911

In addition to the translated instructions on the auto folding module found on SMY performance's website: https://smyperformance.com/jdm-door-mirror-automatic-module-system-kit-subaru-2015-2021-wrx-sti.html

This step by step guide was very useful as well: https://imgur.com/a/tutorial-of-auto-mirror-system-installation-2016-subaru-outback-LGTey

It sparks joy to get the mirrors to fold when the car is locked and unfold when accessories turn on.
