We think it’s ghosting but it seems to clear up in its own and then come back. Company is convinced the print head is not low enough ;”(which maybe ) but We’ve tried -

-Cleaning the mat of debris and dust
- check the level of the machine and mat
- always lower the print head and low as can go
-check for hairs or fibers on top of medium
-replaced print heads
-replaced x axis belt
-replaced the encoder strip
-cleaned all strips lubed the rail
- check cleaned sensors and print head bottom

It was ghosting (?) and went through all the steps the company told us to do and still was ghosting. One morning it stopped and I was able to print about 40 6x6 acrylic sheets

Next day it started ghosting again and hasn’t stopped. It’s not always in the same spot either

Is there another way to make sure the levels are right other than this leveler?

I’m sure there is more we have tried but just can’t remember it all.
