For many people, this may just be money. But for me, this amount is truly huge. The most painful part is that I barely even used the app.

I submitted a refund request, but they only told me they could refund 39% within 60 days. What about the rest of my money? 😭

I sincerely hope the team at Evernote can review my case again and offer more help. I feel so lost right now and honestly don’t know what to do next.

🚨 I just lost USD 249,99 simply because I forgot to cancel the free trial of an app that I almost NEVER EVEN USED! 😢

Why do I have to pay USD 249.99 for an app that feels completely useless for my needs?

I signed up for a free trial of Evernote because I thought it would have many useful features. But after trying it, I realized it was not what I expected. Then, because I was busy, I forgot to cancel the trial… and suddenly my account was charged USD 249.99.
