I only join polyAi because character AI unfair policy and updates but now the ads increase more than ever now yet for me it ever 2 minutes (yes I counted) can we please listen to the customers to improve some things not just making it worse ever time I not hating I just upset that a company don't listen to it's customers anymore nowadays 2026
