Definitive first Punk song
The first punk track ever is Zakary Thaks “bad girl” from Corpus ChristI TX. I’m sick of nobody citing this track as the first ever, it just is.
I’ll die on this hill. It’s not an extremely important topic but I don’t think Los Saicos or The Sonics are distinctly punk. Elements of punk, sure.
if we’re going to argue elmental parts and pieces then let’s just say Link Wray was first.
