275x2 and 315 for not a damn thing🤣 I'm recovering from a torn calf muscle from last May and it's still not 100%... 315 felt alittle sketchy but it felt good holding that weight on my back i feel next legday I'm gonna get 1 rep of 315
Last May I tore my medial head in my calf and to be quite honest i thought i would never squat again this just shows how resilient the human body can be.
