North Texas resident here, but one of the kickers is that I own property in Marshall Co and pay taxes at that address. I’ve always flirted with getting my card but never actually put a lot of effort into it because I have a Texas DL

I’ve read the wiki on this forum but all the links are dead. Really wanted some real world advice based on experience if it is possible to qualify for a card with onlu an Oklahoma address.
