coming hot off fedora and MX both failing me when it came to driver support in general, hybrid intel nvidia graphics, whats the best for that?

i recently used the nvidia driver installer mx tool, went through all that, and ollowed some guides that said use prime-run
said it couldnt find the command

turns out the installer never installed prime, and trying to do it manually gives me this

sudo apt-get install nvidia-prime

E: Unable to locate package nvidia-prime

i feel like im going insane, where did it fucking go, theres no help within 20 pages of google
