Conditional Acceptance at Wageningen University, my A level only comes out mid August

Hi All,

I have received conditional acceptance for the Food Technology bachelor degree at WUR. The admission office requires me to submit my A level results with a minimum grade C in Math, Biology, and Chemistry. While I am confident about achieving these grades, my A level results will only be released in mid-August, which is past the submission deadline. Additionally, I need to arrange a student visa to study in the Netherlands. I am concerned about the tight timeline, especially since the orientation week starts in mid-August, and I'm unsure how to manage all these requirements in time.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? How did you handle it?

I have contacted the admission office, but they have not given me a clear answer yet. They also sent me an invoice for tuition fees, living allowances, and health insurance. Should I pay it now to start my visa application? If I fail to meet the CCC requirements for my A level, will my payment be refunded?

Thank you very much. I appreciate any advice.

Best,

Rian
