Help needed! UK gaming pc

My computer knowledge peaked with windows 98, and now there’s too much choice!

My kids have fried my desktop, it won’t turn on anymore. Non idea of spec, but nothing too exciting, it cost about £500 5 years ago. At the moment they do Roblox, mine craft and those weird games that make 90s Amiga games look graphically amazing, but I expect they’ll want to play flashier games in the future. We also have an Xbox series x though, so they can scratch that itch!

What do I actually need and where do I get it from? Budget around £5-700 I don’t need a monitor or keyboard/mouse etc. Do I need a separate graphics card?

Thank you all!

Generally speaking, I tend to avoid sharing AI posters. Some slip through, and sometimes I’m split between supporting the show/bands and sharing it anyway, or respecting artists and creative thought and not sharing it?

When I make posters I tend to use my iPad, often tracing round other images, pasting logos and such into it and generally using tech quite a bit (but not AI), but when I think about it, I’m still kind of stealing other artists ideas and work, re-drawing it myself doesn’t take away from that?

I get why people use ai, it’s quick, it’s easy, it looks “good”, and whilst people would generally prefer to use local artists, overheads are tight for promotors and artists what to earn a fair wage, and goodwill and exposure doesn’t pay the bills.

Is AI inevitable? Should we tolerate it? Will I come across as a tool if I refuse to use ai posters for shows I’m playing and re-draw posters? Am I just as bad as ai, on my high horse cutting and pasting and tracing on my iPad like some mid 00s hipster?
