Hi everyone

I’m looking at purchasing a shrub rose and have picked The King’s Rose as the one I really want. I was telling someone at work today and they said “all roses look awful when they’re not in flower” and it stumped me because I can’t now remember seeing a rose bush when it’s not flowering…

Does anyone have any pics of this particular rose when not in flower? Is it a twiggy mess that needs hiding? Is it lovely in its own right?
