People here keep downvoting because they have yet to experience it.
It has got nothing to do with your phone hardware. It's completely software.
You may be tempted to just factory reset now, but it will come back. If you have luck booting in, back up everything.
Do a simple search on this subreddit using keywords like "boot" , "crash".
