First draft turning out extremely pronoun heavy?

Title says it all. I’m in the process of writing an (extremely) rough first draft, and I’m finding it to be very pronoun heavy. Lots of sentences starting with/including names, or he/she/they. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is it alright to continue as I am and come back through and change sentence structure as much as I can while also tightening up plots and dialogue and such? What else can I do during the first draft to avoid this, since I’ve already noticed it?
