They gave a very conservative outlook and think we will see another beat and raise in Q2 earnings with the momentum we are still seeing in all channels. Patience is key.

Coffee prices / margin expansion

Continuing to see stabilization below $3/lb. Will have a positive impact on margins in Q2 and H2. Starbucks spoke of this yesterday as well…Expectations of a strong 2026/27 crop in key regions are driving prices down as the market anticipates much more supply than prior years. BRCC has already taken their pricing up so they will get an extra benefit as their coffee costs come down.

Strong buy signs

Earnings are going to be significant YoY improvement and outlook will likely be raised. Margins will still be tight in Q1 due to Q4 coffee prices flowing through, but will show signs of improvement given recent coffee price stabilization and their price increases to offset. 1yr target is still $3/share as they continue to grow and improve margins + EBITDA. Patience is key.
