Affordable Dermatalogist in Bangalore

Hey everyone,

Many here ask the best dermatologist and finding them is really challenging.

Few lack experiences
Few might have just done extra courses
Few just MBBS Doctors would have done their certification and do lasers and recommend procedures

So I am here listing few Dermats in Bangalore that you can trust - for your skin diseases and cosmetic treatments.

KIMS Hospital and Research Centre in VV Puram has a solid Dermatology Department with amazing qualified dermats.

You had to pay ₹30 and buy a OPD card and that’s the consultation fee.

So for anyone searching where to go, try KIMS once

Expect the HOD Dr.Satish at KIMS. Rest are all good and non profit oriented

Dr Sowmya CS
Dr Monika Gowda
Dr Varsha M
Dr Namratha Manjunath
Dr Meghana
Dr Nandini

All are excellent

Conscious chemist Fluid mineral sunscreen application review

I have had worst experience with conscious chemist but this one looked good. Mineral sunscreen with PA ++++ at an affordable price and they had B1G1 offer so as soon as I received an email of this launch I placed an order.

This will work really well for white skin tone people. Doesn’t leave a white cast but leaves a blue cast / slightly Grey

Not heavy, is moisturising, blends well and doesn’t sit on beard and eye brow patches.

I am just speaking about the application and finish. I won’t be using this coz it doesn’t suit my brown skin. I gave it off to my mom.

So only if you have white skin tone then you can try this one.

Will not repurchase and this is same like every other fluid mineral sunscreen.

Will never ever buy mineral sunscreen ever again.

I trust wederm as manufacturers. Formulation wise okay but protection I won’t be trying to enough to give my verdict.

If anyone else plans on using this for long term please feel free to comment on this post.

4th Session of Laser Toning done & Update Skincare routine Post

Hey Everyone,
Today I got my 4th Laser toning session done at KIMS Hospital, Bangalore by my Dermat.

My primary skin concern is age old Red/Maroon Erythema and PIH on Fitzpatrick scale type 4.

4 passes of laser was done on the face excluding the beard area.

Here is the updated skincare routine. (Mentioning only the actives) || Layering one after another

  1. Base layer - Cuticlair ultra age serum by JS Pharma
  2. Ralga gel - Cutinova
  3. Kojiclar H cream - to be used only for a month and stopped, by Cutinova

But I recently purchased off Sesderma Azelac RU Liposomal serum so instead of 1 I will use this one as base and slowly layer the other.

Will update my journey after a month.

The list of actives is strong but I will make sure to atleast use 1+3 for a month coz of Hydroquinone and mild steroid.

Hopefully I see some significant improvement.

Disclaimer : Not promoting any products, just sharing my routine and Dermat experience.

This has to be my costliest skincare purchase till date.

Aziclear - ₹1799

LRP anthelios uv mune was - ₹1499

This serum beat all that and takes the place as my most costliest skincare purchase costing me ₹2670 from clinkally.

Regarding the ingredient list I don’t find it so satisfactory but the liposomal technology.. well thought let me see the hype

Most dermatologist in India keep recommending this and I wanted to know why.

So finally got my hands on this and I will be using this in this order

Night 1 - Tretinoin 0.05%

Night 2 - Picpost 15%

Night 3 - Sesderma serum

Rest day

Repeat

Will update my review on this after 2 months.

If anyone here loved it and still use it. Please give your me honest review

Thanks
