Things that work, things that don't, things that I notice

Hello.

I do not suffer from hard flaccid but I have in the past in various occasions and actually if I leave everything idle it may return. I will state the things that I have noticed (I am a very observatory person, far more than the average joe). Things that have legitimately worked. Things that I am currently doing and things I have learned. Just read below.

So,

A. Brain function. This has been a recent revelation, where traumatizing events even as little as an ex calling your penis small can actually cause loss of erection, involuntary kegels etc. Can't imagine what a rabbit hole this is, so make sure you erase and eliminate such trauma threats. By that I mean you can open chatgpt and simply discuss, train your brain to not be impacted and not create an obsession over size comments.

B. Antidepressants and antiandrogens. I have no experience with the first, took them once for a week due to tinnitus event, like, they are absolutely awful. The latter tho, antiandrogens, will severely impact the penis. Period. End of story. I will not tell you what to do, just stating facts.

C. Kegels. This thing does harm indeed.

D. Lower core, transverse abdomen, glutes, lower back, diaphragm. It does play a part. Just go to gym, work on machines only, good ones, it will improve erections. I did.

E. Cardio. Yes that works. Tried and tested. A lot of it Incline tho. Dunno if its the glutes but rotating the pelvis sure has benefits.

F. Heparin cream. Under testing rn. Nothing major rly, on day 2.

G. Heat. This one works very well but you gotta do it for hours per day and always. Every day. Still early but so far, it does help with size, veins, feeling etc.

H. Angion method. This is the natural viagra. Works. Period. The number one weapon.

I. Pumping. No, that shit is lethal. Puts pressure on the superficial dorsal vein ans nerves at the base. Injured myself, caused Mondor's, blood flow redirected to the vein next to it and now I am slowly healing / trying to. Absolute no. Like, there is no way to avoid it anyway, the base is gonna get squashed.

J. Extending (vacuum). No experience, won't bother tbh.

K. Foreskin restoration. Works well with angion, never did it enough to get coverage etc but it is one of the safe ones. Not manually tho. Just a dtr device and chill.

L. Diet. I found raw garlic helped. Beetroot juice did. Cutting out all bs and eating well did. Greek diet. Yeah, works. But like very slowly, takes 2+ months to see results but I did. Stopping it brings you back to normal.

M. Binaural beats and breath work. That helps the nervous system for sure. Idk if it does fuckall about hf.

N. Doppler/tests. Did not do them but I suppose one must to know the full picture.

O. Circumcision. Did it when I was 15. Lost size, girth and erections were painful. Definitely impacting this. Can get better with time but yeah..

P. Bed. Yeah, firm mattress and proper pillow did wonders for me, I kid you not. The reverse caused hf for days even with viagra... also the air quality. Idk why but at a place I had issues (probably mold or some voc shit), it wrecked me. Not joking. Mattress...

Q. Sitting for hours. Yes it is a thing. If you work taxi or smt you gonna find out it is rampant on ppl there, hf.

R. Stress. Yes, unfortunately it can obliterate erections. Breath work (inhale, exhale x2 x3 x4 etc) helps.

S. Sex. Very very important.... sexless life gonna give you hf for fun.

T. Tight underwear. Tested it, def causing issues. Def.

U. Porn. Causes hf during sex even if I do angion, eventually. Like, shit is lethal lmao. Tried and tested, trialed a lot.

V. Finally, masturbation. The number one ticket to hf. I dont even have to say much, everyone knows what it does and can do...

That's about it i think.

Looking for a specific type of pillow

What's up people, hi.

I'm trying to find a pillow that is made out of latex, not foam, so more sturdy. Mid hardness. Most importantly, the front has to make the classic orthopedic "wave" but instead of making a second one at the back, it must be flat. Think of a flat pillow and putting a slightly taller macaroni in the front.

Now where do I find one?

Hello everyone.

I have been doing bodybuilding until an injury (diastasis recti, no hernia) and my neck situation (military neck, military lower back) caused me to get mild tinnitus which basically "resolved" itself.

I am 30y old and my body is decent. I do not want to go into steroids or meaninglessly continue lifting... weights.

I would like to start an activity, and there is a boxing facility (very decent and serious) in my area.

I would like to ask all of you whether my situation allows for it. I have a) diastasis rectified albeit mild, b) deep neck muscles are not strong, c) the one thing that scares me is getting tinnitus from being punched as the previous incident literally fucked my sleep up permanently even now that it is "gone". I have seen exercises doing crunches (can't do it), or being kicked and punched in the face, or doing very sudden moves (punching) which kinda alerts my neck that it is not very stable.

And all that while I am superficially (visually) fit and with very good muscle and supposedly posture.

So the Q is, should I try boxing and if I had to, what would the best approach be? I need to know even the basics of self defense, the world is not as easy as it used to be. Got into a confrontation today and realized my lack of skills lead to an overcompensation in behavior (in other words, I dont wanna be in a ko reel).

Looking for advice, please do not be sarcastic as I am serious. Just to be clear, I don't want to be Mike Tyson, just be able to defend myself from those who don't really fight. I'm not a trouble maker anyway.

Did penile pumping. Pressure at the base of the penis. Removed. Some numbness. Pain. No discoloration. No bruising. No burst capillaries. Slowly improving at 3rd week. Erections occur, morning wood does too, however they are somewhat impacted.

However... the main central superficial dorsal vein has since decreased in thickness to almost nothing. The vein on my/its/the left, is now thickened as the main one used to be.

Thoughts: redirection of blood flow to that vein.

Suspicions: Mondor's disease, thrombosis of superficial dorsal vein, possible rupture(?)

Fear: not healing, not returning to normal

Action: obviously sold my PE equipment. I did do some careful Angion, which I love and it works as a natural viagra to me. But... can't really do it now... patience. Tried a heat pad, some good feeling.

Please advise. I must return to normal as that vein is the pylon upon which Angion is built and it was my secret to long lasting erections.

Has it happened to anyone? Did you heal? Did you take any tests? Speak up lads, I'm listening...
