The rhythm is sinus with 2:1 block and complete RBBB. However, there is evidence of TWI throughout V2-V6, lead 1, and aVL AND possible ST elevation in III/aVF? Would you label this as a STEMI or NSTEMI or simply no clear evidence of acute MI on ECG? Thank you.
