Zomato AI bot is worse. Made me uninstall app today
Background -
I placed an order. The nearby restaurant is not taking order and it placed order for a far away restaurant which will take 1hr to delivery.
Immediately I want to cancel and go to support and then meet the AI
It didn't understood what I said. I kept explaining and it kept telling me the things i already know that it will take this time. Delivery partner assigned. If u cancel u will be charged. And finally I got food after 1 hr 15 mins.
