i will keep it simple I hate Instagram because I don't like examine what people do because i hate when people post about something that they do just in order to prove themselves. I also feel some bad thing about it.

Firstly i do compare myself like automatically sometimes

makes me feel depressed like in a minute.

secondly i hate when people post every picture or anything else with bullshit music that has nothing to do with the video or photo

thirdly the ads feel like cringe i mean for example i was looking for a slayer tshirt and suddenly everything is about bullshit cringe metal tshirt ads.

and there is too much softcore which like destroy my dopamine system.

when you search like just with two letter the first thing pops up is softcore.

Reels videos i see mostly English and I really hate there too.

I really hate when people make videos with TikTok style basically.

i just scroll like billion times in order to find something that i can like.

even when i see Metalhead stuff reels or anything like ads it feels too cringe for me.

and when the time comes for me to post i feel like im in a cage.

"what if i post in green circle stuff,what they will think about it? "

"what if this guy would say bad or something else"

and worst of all I can't quit because im in college and i have to check it sometimes as you probably know why it's mandatory sometimes.
