Is Alwar the worst place to drive ?

I have driven mostly in Noida, Gurgaon following every possible rule. I never drive against the law except I am wired to drive a little faster. It seems fine everywhere except when I am in Alwar. I am not trained to dodge people who are on suicide missions.

Whenever I am in Alwar, it feels like everybody is so eager to die in front of my car. Bikers, e-rikshaw, everywhere people driving on wrong side. People literally not taking a circle on a circle and directly merging on right lane. Auto/Erikshaw stopping suddenly.

How to improve this society!

Additionally UIT Alwar is worst planner, there are no dividers on heavy merging roads, then there is traffic light just after flyover near Vishal mega Mart, how do you merge on non parallel 30-50 ft away lanes.

Crazy people driving bikes on highway roads, even if there exists a bike+service lane.

Clock it ticking..

I am a little confused on the 5 year rule, I have switched 4 jobs in past 11 years. Latest I joined 8 months back.

Total amount Employee+Employer+Interest it about 34L, can I request 25L for house construction?
