are there any good basketball courts here and also like the best ones where the most people come and where just a medium amount of people come where I can play Basketball and not have to like be overcrowded

I am coming to guntur bcuz of my fathers transfer and i only know hindi and english. I am chill outgoing personality guy . Also can you guys tell are there any major cultural differences and how can i make friends there. Pls guys give suggestions 🤧
