No ETS at airport arrival today
Just FYI there was no ETS system running arriving in Athens from the US today.
I have been hearing about the new system and how it was slowing people down a bit doing their fingerprints and stuff but it just wasn't happening.
We were all put in line to go to a human agent, no picture and no fingerprint. They kept the line moving okay, it took maybe 20-30 minutes to get through.
EU citizens did have the machines and they all got through very quickly.
I took the metro into the city and tap to pay worked just fine, I didn't have to buy a ticket.
