Just curious what to expect making such a big jump! I’m going from Reebok Larceny pads that I played in since the end of high school for about 12 years (I’m 30yo) to Brian’s Optik 4 custom.

I have my first game tonight with the new ones but I’m a bit uncertain how it’s gonna go. Anyone else make a leap from extremely heavily used pads to something so modern? Leather straps to all Velcro is crazy to me but I’m ready to adapt for the best.

Love and respect to the Larceny’s, they had an excellent excellent run but I cannot wait to get comfortable in my new Optiks!
