Ive never seen anything like this before, my entire laptop is fine except for this one thing.

I first noticed it when the fans would randomly start screaming for a few seconds at a time, after days of troubleshooting, trying different toolkits and BIOS settings and messing with the Vantage quiet mode and custom profile and blehhh, i found a way in Legion Vantage to spin the fans up to full speed, and i noticed that only one side was stuttering. i decided to open the thing up, only to see that one fan was genuinely stuttering.

What do i do at this point? Is something badly connected? Do i need to replace the entire heat sink? This is so bizarre to me skjdksjsj

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
