[URGENT SEV A] Psychiatric Practice locked out of M365 - Active Life Safety Risk - DPT drops calls
I am desperately looking for any MSFT employee who can backchannel a Sev A ticket. Can anyone here ping a Duty Manager internally to grab Ticket # 2604180040001263? This is a severe clinical liability and life safety emergency and we cannot get past the automated queue.
