does anyone else randomly remember something embarrassing from 8 years ago and physically react to it?
i could be having a perfectly normal day and then my brain suddenly pulls up a deeply unnecessary memory from 2016 like it’s tonight’s featured presentation.
now i’m in my kitchen making this face: “why did i say that.”
does this happen to anyone else, or is my brain just a part-time hater?
