I am from germany europe and couldnt find matches anymore Tekken God - GoD 1 and i was searching for 10+ minutes and only got 3 bars and below matches. switched from english to german language in steam options and all of a sudden all 5 seconds i find people only within europe 5 bars only. I hope this helps you.

PS: I was baffled to realize that they dont use public ip to determine location.
