How do you guys feel about this or deal with it? I get if you wanna nap at the EOD, but on the way to job sites the helpers are practically useless for the first half hour until they fully wake up.

Then I have to deal with holding their hand while leaving them with basic tasks to complete only to find them on freaking TikTok or in zombie mode because they choose to come into work with only 3/4 hours of sleep. Not to mention they also wait to have their boots put on until I pick them up after they arrived at the shop late.
